Tarako Spaghetti

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan.
  2. Remove skin from tarako.
  3. Combine tarako roe, melted butter, milk, black pepper, chili powder and lemon juice in a bowl.
  4. Cook spaghetti and drain.
  5. Combine spaghetti and tarako mixture.
  6. Garnish with nori strips.
